Operator and service

QuoteLeveler and GoodsCommand are operated by The Levy Organization, [mailing address to be added before launch]. QuoteLeveler extracts and compares information from supplier documents. You must review extracted values and assumptions before making purchasing or import decisions.

No professional advice

Duty, tariff, HS/HTS, origin, certification, and landed-cost outputs are estimates and may be incomplete. Supplier-provided classifications are evidence only. Confirm material decisions with a licensed customs broker or other qualified professional.

Your content

You represent that you are authorized to upload the documents. You retain ownership of them and grant us permission to process them solely to provide, maintain, and secure the service.

Confidential supplier information

We do not sell, rent, or reuse uploaded quote contents, supplier identities, factory details, pricing, product specifications, or other proprietary information. We do not use this information to build supplier directories, generate sales leads, conduct market intelligence, or train our own public models. We disclose it only to service providers needed to store, process, secure, and operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, or when legally required.

Payments and cancellation

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for paid access and handles checkout, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, refunds, and subscription billing. Plan credits and limits are described at checkout. You may manage or cancel a subscription from your QuoteLeveler workspace; cancellation takes effect under the billing terms shown at checkout.

Acceptable use

Do not upload malware, unlawfully obtained documents, regulated personal data, or content intended to abuse extraction limits or compromise the service.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis during its launch release. To the extent permitted by law, The Levy Organization, GoodsCommand, and QuoteLeveler are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability for a claim is limited to amounts you paid for the affected service during the prior twelve months.
