Operator and service

GoodsCommand and its services are operated by The Levy Organization. QuoteLeveler extracts and compares supplier documents. LandedMargin models product economics. Existing legacy FactoryQC projects organize inspection plans, evidence, and buyer decisions. You must review all extracted, calculated, or drafted information before making purchasing, import, payment, or shipment decisions.

No professional advice

Duty, tariff, HS/HTS, origin, certification, and landed-cost outputs are estimates and may be incomplete. Supplier-provided classifications are evidence only. Confirm material decisions with a licensed customs broker or other qualified professional.

Your content

You represent that you are authorized to upload the documents and invite any inspector or factory representative. You retain ownership of your content and grant us permission to process it solely to provide, maintain, and secure the service. You are responsible for defining inspection criteria and controlling external access links.

Legacy FactoryQC limits

FactoryQC is archived and no longer accepts new projects. Existing projects coordinate and document human inspection. They do not independently inspect goods, certify safety or regulatory compliance, replace laboratory testing or professional inspection, guarantee that a sample represents the entire lot, or authorize final payment or shipment. System dispositions are suggestions; the buyer records the final decision.

Confidential supplier information

We do not sell, rent, or reuse uploaded quote contents, supplier identities, factory details, pricing, product specifications, or other proprietary information. We do not use this information to build supplier directories, generate sales leads, conduct market intelligence, or train our own public models. We disclose it only to service providers needed to store, process, secure, and operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, or when legally required.

Payments and cancellation

Eligible purchases are processed through Stripe Managed Payments, with Stripe or Link acting as merchant of record for the transaction and handling payment processing, applicable indirect taxes, receipts, transaction support, and disputes. Plan prices, credits, and billing periods are shown at checkout. You may manage or cancel a subscription from your GoodsCommand workspace; cancellation takes effect under the billing terms shown at checkout. Product support remains provided by GoodsCommand.

Acceptable use

Do not upload malware, unlawfully obtained documents, regulated personal data, or content intended to abuse extraction limits or compromise the service.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis during its launch release. To the extent permitted by law, The Levy Organization, GoodsCommand, and QuoteLeveler are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability for a claim is limited to amounts you paid for the affected service during the prior twelve months.
