Who operates this service
The Levy Organization operates QuoteLeveler and GoodsCommand, [mailing address to be added before launch].
What we collect
We collect account information, optional marketing consent, billing identifiers, usage records, and supplier quote files you choose to upload.
How files are processed
Quote files are stored privately with Supabase and sent to OpenAI's API for structured extraction. Requests set store: false. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models unless a customer opts in, but standard abuse-monitoring logs may retain customer content for up to 30 days unless separate retention controls apply. Payment and tax processing is performed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. These providers process data only as service providers under their respective business terms.
Supplier and factory confidentiality
We do not sell or rent uploaded quote contents, supplier identities, factory details, pricing, product specifications, or other proprietary information. We do not use this information to build supplier directories, generate sales leads, conduct market intelligence, or train our own public models. We disclose it only to service providers needed to store, process, secure, and operate the service, or when legally required.
Retention and deletion
Completed comparisons remain available until you delete them. Failed processing artifacts are removed during recovery. Deleting a comparison removes its database records and stored source files. You can permanently delete your account and uploaded data from the Projects page; limited billing and security records may be retained where legally required.
Marketing
Marketing email is optional and separate from account and service messages. Consent can be withdrawn in account settings or through the unsubscribe link in a marketing email.
Important limitation
QuoteLeveler, a GoodsCommand product, provides decision support, not customs brokerage, tax, legal, certification, or compliance advice. Importers remain responsible for classifications and declarations.
