Who operates this service

The Levy Organization operates GoodsCommand, including QuoteLeveler, LandedMargin, and preserved legacy FactoryQC projects.

What we collect

We collect account information, optional marketing consent, billing identifiers, usage records, and the supplier quotes, product specifications, drawings, images, factory details, inspection evidence, and structured project details you choose to provide.

How files are processed

Customer files are stored privately with Supabase. QuoteLeveler sends quote files to OpenAI's API for structured extraction. FactoryQC sends only user-selected source files in AI-assisted mode; private manual mode does not send source documents to an AI model. Requests set store: false. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models unless a customer opts in, but standard abuse-monitoring logs may retain customer content for up to 30 days unless separate retention controls apply. Eligible purchases use Stripe Managed Payments, so Stripe or Link receives payment and transaction information needed to act as merchant of record, complete purchases, manage subscriptions, handle applicable indirect taxes, and provide transaction support. These providers process data under their respective business terms.

Supplier and factory confidentiality

We do not sell or rent uploaded quote contents, supplier identities, factory details, pricing, product specifications, or other proprietary information. We do not use this information to build supplier directories, generate sales leads, conduct market intelligence, or train our own public models. We disclose it only to service providers needed to store, process, secure, and operate the service, or when legally required.

Retention and deletion

Completed comparisons and FactoryQC projects remain available until you delete them. Failed processing artifacts are removed during recovery. Deleting a comparison or inspection project removes its database records and stored source files. FactoryQC also lets you delete individual documents and evidence. You can permanently delete your account and uploaded data from the Projects page; limited billing and security records may be retained where legally required.

Marketing

Marketing email is optional and separate from account and service messages. Consent can be withdrawn in account settings or through the unsubscribe link in a marketing email.

Important limitation

GoodsCommand provides decision support, not customs brokerage, tax, legal, laboratory, certification, inspection-agency, or compliance advice. FactoryQC organizes human inspection evidence but does not certify safety or compliance, replace an on-site inspector, or authorize payment or shipment.
